Located on Lee Road and Nelson Road, Winton, in the Hume Region of Victoria, Mokoan Solar farm is European Energy’s first project to enter construction in Australia. Engaged from March 2024, James Civil Group has successfully partnered with a specialised Ecology Team to delivery an early works package to prepare the site for construction. From April 2024, James Civil Group has commenced construction of internal roads, hardstands, lay down areas and site drainage. James Civil Group is pleased to partner with European Energy for its first renewable energy project in Australia.
